More Japan caters specifically to the distinguished enthusiast who only seeks the best on their vehicle. As an authorized importer and wholesaler of each brand that is carried on More Japan, competitive pricing, technical support and timely delivery are guaranteed to the customer.

MANUFACTURERS:
Many top tier Japanese brands do not have an international sales department, thus More Japan allows these companies to offer their products in North America directly though More Japan, as well as through an extensive distribution network of retailers and wholesalers throughout the continent. More Japan is also continuing to actively expand the product line, adding new parts and applications as soon as they are made available by the manufacturer as well as adding new brands.

WARRANTY:
Due to the nature of the products sold on More Japan, many of which are intended to be used for racing applications under extreme conditions, no warranty is available unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Aftermarket performance parts sold on More Japan are intended for off-road use only. More Japan holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for any mechanical, electrical or other failure during the use of aftermarket performance products. Some items available for purchase on More Japan are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on public roads. Please consult your local authorities with any inquiries regarding vehicle and highway codes.


PARTS FITMENT:

The products imported and distributed by More Japan have been designed by the manufacturers for installation and use on Japanese domestic market vehicles. Some Japanese model vehicles may have minor differences to North American market vehicles that may result in fitment issues or incompatibility.  Please contact More Japan prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns regarding the fitment of certain parts.

NOISE RELATED ISSUES:

Please note that many of the parts distributed through More Japan are intended for competition use, and as such are not designed with the compliance of OEM components (i.e.: rubber mounts, bushings, etc.). The installation of these items may result in added noise and vibration, which is normal and intended by the manufacturer. These items will need to be periodically inspected, cleaned and maintained for optimal usage and durability.

We highly recommend the professional installation of all products purchased on More-Japan.

More Japan cannot be held accountable for any damage caused by improper installation, nor any labor costs in the case of additional modifications being required to properly install any part.

ORDERING:

Sales Policies: Payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Please contact us by email (info@more-japan.com) to arrange payment by cashier's check or money order. Current local sales tax will apply to all residents of California. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be shipped by ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified.

 

Orders are normally processed 24-48 hours upon receipt of order within our normal business hours (9AM-5PM PST Mon-Fri).

 

If your order and payment is received before 2PM PST on normal business days, and the item is in stock, we will be able to ship your order the same day.

 

ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING OFFER:

Items on More Japan listed with Free shipping are only for the U.S. and only valid to the lower 48 States. Any orders from an uneligible State will incur additional shipping charges.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Some products listed on More Japan are not regularly kept in stock and must be special ordered from Japan. In the case of special orders, all ordered items and associated shipping costs must be prepaid in full, cancellation of special orders is not possible due to the made to order nature of these parts. As these items will be shipping directly from Japan by containership, special orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive, depending on availability. Upon placing a special order, we will contact you directly with pricing, shipping, and ETA on the product(s) you are interested in. Special arrangements for shipping may be arranged.

International Orders: For International Orders, please email us with the product(s), quantity and shipping address to request a price quote. Payment for international orders must be pre-paid by credit card, certified cashier’s check, or money order in U.S. Currency. Shipping will be arranged by More Japan unless another carrier is specified.

 

CANCELLATIONS:
There are no cancellations or returns on processed, finalized, and shipped order(s), as well as any special order(s).

 

BACKORDERS:

If your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via phone or email and that item will be held for you until arrival on containership from Japan. Once the backordered item arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to complete your order, which will then be shipped. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped, unless prepayment is formally requested.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

Upon delivery, previous to signing for your package, please ensure that the box and packing material has not been damaged nor tampered with. If box appears to have been tampered with or damaged during shipping, do not sign for the shipment. If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will respond within 24 hours (during normal business hours) and will guide you through a return and replacement process. If damage to the product was caused by the courier (shipping service) a claim will need to be filed by the end user (receiver) against the courier.

- 3 Day Air Service (not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or P.O. Box)
- 2 Day Air Service (not available to P.O. Box)
- Truck Freight – for oversize merchandise not accepted by UPS / Federal Express (FedEx)
- All shipments require signature upon receiving the product(s), unless otherwise requested.
