Want to update your interior with a new steering wheel? One of the first things you’ll need to do is figure out which hub\/boss you’re going to run. The boss will replace the OEM hub and this is what the aftermarket steering wheel itself will bolt to. Many Steering Wheel Bosses do not retain all of the factory equipment or features For example, once you hit your turn signal it should return back to it’s neutral position but many Bosses on the market require you to manually move it back. The Splash boss retains all of these features. These are all made in Japan using the best the best materials and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

There are 3 different styles. (Normal, Short and Sports) The Normal Boss is the standard length boss, the short hub is best used if you’re going to be using a quick release and the sports boss is the lightweight billet for the track guys.<\/p>\n

Here are some pictures of their Rapfix Quick release systems available in a few different colors. You’ll need one of these if you want to detach the steering wheel for security reasons or to make it easier to get out of the car.<\/p>\n
