Broke my center tail light garnish\/3rd brake light and didn&#8217;t leave a note. I&#8217;m very displeased at the moment. The reason I think it&#8217;s a lifted truck is because there&#8217;s no damage to the bumper or body of the car&#8230; and there&#8217;s two of them on my street.
