It&#8217;s an anti-slip mat branded in NOB (No One Better) Taniguchi fashion. I&#8217;ve never tried one of these things &#8212; supposedly, you put it on your dashboard. Then you can place things on top of it, like cell phones or whatever, and it prevents it from sliding off your dash.
